We lived in these apartments for several years. At first they were pretty decent for the price but as years went by and rent continually increased with no improvements, we decided enough was enough. Our third floor, two bedroom was supposed to be one of the nicer plans. Unfortunately, the floor is so unlevel that your furniture won't sit without rocking. The entire building vibrates sometimes so much that we genuinely feared we lived on a fault line. The walls are so thin you can hear your down stairs neighbor singing in the shower (at best)amongst other things... all calls to mgmt are returned eventually (if you can find them open) but nothing really ever gets done. They never could/would explain the weird vibration and it is not subtle, items literally moved across the tables and countertops. The neighbors definitely declined with many broken down cars, people leaving trash out all over and the dumpsters seemed perpetually overflowing. Security lights seemed to stay unfixed making me fearful to come in late.
Overall, for the amount of rent we were paying this place is a dump.
