No way ... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The apartments are small and showing their age. The appliances in my unit were old and had to be fixed or replaced often. NO insulation in these apartments, which made for very high electric bills, especially in the winter. Management's fix for this is to cover the windows with plastic, which is inefficient and unattractive. Along with zero insulation, the walls are very thin so you will hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Management was nice and helpful first, but after about a year there were new people in the office that were not so friendly. Maintnenance was usually very prompt and they did a good job. Overall, this place is not worth the money. Look elsewhere.
