I lived here for a year. The place went down hill as time went along. It is in a good part of Raleigh, but the actual apartments are not that nice. There are a lot of cracks in the ceiling and walls. Although I never heard by neighbors and it was a quiet place over all. The apartments are just getting old and have not been well cared for. Maintainence was an issue. They lied some and there was a period when I did not have air in the middle of the summer which was a total nightmare.
