I have lived at Sommerset for 7 months. It is a nice place to live. I have not had any ongoing issues with maintenance. They have replied to all of my requests very quickly. There is sometimes an issue with parking if you get home after 9pm, due to neighbors having guests & 2-4 cars to a house. Other than King Kong living upstairs & music lovers living next door it is an ok place to live. I have gotten used to my loud neighbors & they seem to have gotten used to me. It is a safe place so far. I haven't witnessed any crime or police calls. This is definitely a place I can live in for a while, until they surprise me & raise the rent tremendously. Being that complexes charge soo many fees when moving in, I don't see why they would raise your rent anyway.
