Sommerset Place

I love my apartrment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived at Sommerset Place in 2 different apartments - a 1 bedroom and now a 2-bedroom. I love the layout and the balcony. The office staff is friendly and helpful as are the maintenance folks - I have had all of my requests attended to in less than 24 hours. My building is pretty quiet, and the buildings around us are as well, and I have never had a problem with noise from my neighbors other than the usual day-to-day "living" noises. My only concern is that the rent is increased a fairly substantial amount each year, and pretty soon it will be cheaper for me to rent a 3 bedroom!!
