I have been gone from Sommerset Place for almost a year now. I am so happy to be gone!! This place was nice to move into... Brand new carpet.. nice and bright inside.. The main bad thing was the paint chipping and the nasty looking bathrooms.. After a month of living in silence a new neighbor moved in.. Then the next 11 months were absolute HELL. I found myself in the office for a good majority of living there trying to get the noise to stop. The Office staff seemed friendly to start off with.. (Of course.. they all want money money money.. any Realtor would lie to get someone in). After moving in the Office Staff did not do ANYTHING.. "oh we will have a talk with them" "oh, I am sorry there is so much noise.. we will investigate" "we have talked to your neighbors and they have agreed to be more quiet" ... UM NO! 11pm-4pm EVERY NIGHT slamming crap on the floor.. moving furniture.. Throwing each other against walls... OUTRAGEOUS!

The only GOOD thing was the maintenance workers.. The two guys there need to be transfered to a good facility and EVERYONE else working at Sommerset Place needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. When you live somewhere... anywhere... you should be able to have a HOME to go home to every night.. not extreme HELL and TORTURE!

I am so glad to be in a different place. I would never recommend ANYONE here at all.. Absolute HELL
