I have been here over a year and have enjoyed my stay. The apartment I have has been remolded and it looks great. The matainence/office staff have been great and have quickly responded to our needs. The only down side is the insulation and windows because these places were built in the 60-70's. Sometimes the power bill takes a spike. This month it went up $80 from last month. Another neighbor told me that the same thing happened to them. The administration is taking great strides to improve this community more and more. They just remolded their office and have done a lot with the landscaping. They are also active in the community, especially activities at South Gate Park which borders it.
