I have been a resident at Spanish Trace Apartment for several years now. Each year, without hesitation I have renewed my lease. The grounds are well kept as well as the apartments. There have been incidents when maintenance personel were needed, but that is to be expected and such incidents are so minor they are hardly worth mentioning. I have never seen roaches nor rats in or outside the apartments, in fact, the apartments are treated regularly as a preventive measure. Unfortunately, due to an accident the pool was cemented and replaced with a courtyard. There is no barbequing permitted on patios, which I m not pleased with, however, there is a designated area for barbequing in the new courtyard. I love the fact Spanish Trace is centrally located and up to this point, my neighbors have been respectful and considerate in apartment living.
