I often tell new prospects that this website is more so meant to vent when something has gone the wrong way for someone. Often times you have to question why the person may be so mad and want to post it online. I believe in this case, it maybe because today is the 11th and court papers a normally filed on this day. If there is nothing we can do to help the resident between the 1st and 10th of the month and or if they do not want to take the advise of the leasing office by presenting legal documentation of their situation in a timely manner, this is the next measure they will take to try and make us look bad. Nothing is worth losing your job over.

Anonymous, I had a similar experience living there in apt 7-207. I had two drug dealers that lived under me that were hauled off by the Raleigh DEA. They never bothered me but I mention it only to illustrate the decline of the tenants. The tenants that moved in after were a family that made loud noise at all hours (fighting, kids screaming). Additionally, they had half their extended family living with them as well. I exaggerate, but there were at least four adults and two children sharing a 620sqft single bedroom apartment. I complained so much that the management finally capitulated and moved them to another building in the complex. Finally, the last straw was when a single male moved in. He must have been raised by baboons because he had no consideration for his neighbors. He would play his music/tv to the point of vibrating my floor. It got so bad that I called the police about 3 times a week. I ended up spending the remaining 2 months of my lease at my girlfriends house until I bought my house and left The Springs at Lynn Crest. Also, I had rented a covered space which would be occupied by someone other than me at least twice a week. The bottom line is that the complex started lowering the rent which attracts the riffraff. I had lived there for almost 4 years and it was a decent place the first 2.5 until they got bought by a different management company. They used to be owned by Archstone. My advice for those that value peace and quiet is to pass up The Springs at Lynn Crest and opt for a more expensive alternative. Those who are willing to pay a bit more are usually more discriminating and like minded in their desire to live in harmony with their fellow tenants.

My complaints incuded the grounds as they were always messy with trash everywhere. For months after New Year's Eve I had to step over a puke stain on the stairwell. There were always cans and bottles here and there thrown about. My car was keyed in the parking lot one night I do believe as a result of my complaint to management about my neighbor who went out of her way to be noisy. I could hear her slamming cabinet doors, banging furniture and even walking throughout her apartment.....oh, I heard other things too but I will keep it G-rated here. Then there was the night a car overturned in the parking lot. I am assuming it was a drunk driver given the cops escorted the driver to a cruiser. And little children who walk around in diapers with no adults anywhere to be found. And the staff while friendly, seemed incompetent at times. They would say one thing one day, and then change their mind the next usually to my disadvantage. Fuzzy math too found it's way into my lease and subsequent non-renewal. I didn't push the issue too much seeing I just wanted out. Sometimes you go through hell to find a slice of heaven and I so love where I live now. It's quiet, my landlord is not a corporation and I have only one neighbor. Lesson for the day: don't settle as there are gems out there that are better than the ones offered by this complex.

I have lived here for 2 years and I don't know what these people are talking about. The grounds are always clean, the dumpster area is always clean, I don't see a lot of small kids, school kids yeah and sometimes they can get out of hand and try to destroy the place where I live but the management has always handled the problems. I always tell people this is a nice place to live.
