After reading everyone else's reviews I was afraid of what to expect when I moved out. However, I got my entire deposit back (pet included). Management was always friendly to me and my dog. I lived right next door to the owner that previous entries have bashed. He was always very friendly to me as well.
I did have an ant problem last summer, but the staff had someone come and spray for me. You could also hear my upstairs neighbor, but that's how most apartments would be.
