Well we're OUT!!!!! SUMMERMILL is nothing more then a nightmare!!!! I just heard on the radio while writing this how nice of a place to live. Well if you like hearing your neighbours walking in the hallways or there own apartments,washing/drying clothes, children running in the hallways, dog crap all over the PLACE including the stairs and those FAMOUS elevators! Then WELCOME HOME!!! if not then you better run like HELL! However the apartments are nice and roomy but right now they're still having A LOT of MAJOR problems! And by the way! the city landfill is also your friendly neighbour! And at the end of your lease you can expect a 8% increase which is the max that the state of NC allows
