The apartments were nice, but not quite that nice for the money. The landfill is pretty much behind the apartment even though you can smell it about once or twice a month. The worst thing about this apartment was the noise. I could always hear children running up and down the stairs and through the hallway. This wouldnt have been so bad if it wasnt all the time. The ceilings are thin and it seems like anytime someone above me moves I could hear it. They did have trouble with people not taking animals to certain areas to use the bathroom but they have started fineing people for that as well as leaving trash outside apartments. So that is clearing up. But it is in a beautiful neighborhood and I would recommend moving there just for that.
