I lived at Summermill for a year and was transferred back to Jacksonville, NC. The apartment had lots of cool things like computer nooks and huge bedrooms...the only bad thing about it was the closet in my apartment was a little small. The office has parties for the people that live there all the time...if you are like me it is always more comforting to know your neighbors than to just go to a place and sleep. The leasing people are nice and maintenance stuff is not only done quickly but a person from the office will actually call you to make sure it was done to your satisfaction. I loved living there and wish like you would not believe that I was not transferred back home
