We moved from out of state so didn't know about the landfill out the window until we got the papers to sign with a county letter that we had to sign acknowledging we knew about it. if the county has a letter for this then it means trouble! sure enough, it stank. i mean make you vomit when you walk out your door. you can't open windows on a nice day b/c of the stench. it came in waves during the day, but it was horrible, it can't be safe.

the apt itself is nice and roomy(we had 2 bedroom with den) but noise was horrible. i could hear conversations from above so when their kids played it was like elephants running above us. the office did nothing to help us ask them to try to be quieter.

dog poop was everywhere here and people didn't use the recycling. not enough trash bins so trash piled up a lot. funny since we were next to the landfill.



then there is the issue of the porches. we were on the second floor and my son slipped thru the railings. i caught him luckily but when i went investigating i found several of the apts with gaps larger than the law allows. the apt did come fix my apt but did nothing about the others. i complained to the city inspector, they came out but nothing was done to fix the others. when a child dies perhaps someone will remember i complained!

oh, make sure you want to stay your entire lease. to get out of our lease it costs us 2800. yep that is US dollars. we were told they were trying to lease it, but i know that other apts like ours were leased but not ours. i know they didn't try. at all.

i will say being so close to falls river and bedford was nice. LOTS of kids parks. super nice play areas for kids. close to everything in town and they had good cookout events.

oh, the elevator....nice perk to move in and all but people smoked in it, left trash in it, let their dog pee in it. it was rarely cleaned and it was broken a lot. our apt also had a bedroom against the elevator and it was too noisy to use that room as a bedroom.

it looks nice, but they have a lot of issues.
