I have lived here about 9 months, and this is a very nice apartment. I am in a 2 br/sunroom - the layout of the apartments makes it feel more like a house. The elevators are great for moving in/out and especially those big grocery runs...The people that have complained about the use of the elevators must just have inconsiderate neighbors - we have never had a problem in our building. My only complaint would be that the dumpster does fill up rather quickly. Apparently, the one for our buildings is the "overflow" dumpster, and management expects us to go to the next entrance to dump our trash - not very convenient - so people end up piling their trash up in the "area" of the dumpster - this could be solved by simply paying for one more pickup a week. There are also a few neighbors that let their small dogs run loose without a leash - but that problem will be solved the first time that little dog runs up to one of the larger dogs that haven't had their lunch yet!;)
