I really don't understand all these complaints. We've lived here for a year, and there has never been a problem with parking! Never! As for the landfill, well, they are going to be closing it down, but in reality it may smell bad here approximately 3-5 times a year and that's it. The location is nice: the Food Lion is in the walking distance. It's not noisy here at all; we never can hear our neighbours. Maintenance and leasing staff are very friendly; they are doing upgrading now: we will have a new work-out facility and a movie theater. My husband and I love the layout of the apartment and the price and the location. I actually came to this website looking for our phone number downstairs, but then I saw all these ridiculously bad reviews, and I could not help but write this.
The apartment complex is very very nice, clean, and spacy. The community is very diverse: plenty of families with children, some young couples, and generally people of different ethinicities, with no one ethnicity prevailing.
