Summermill Apartment complex is beyond incredible. I have no clue what those bad reviews are about because they are absolutely ridiculous. I am guessing they are from a disgruntled renter who would complain wherever they live. The staff have got to be the best I have ever encountered in life not just in Apartment living. I have never met a classier, kinder bunch of individuals than here and that includes all staff, even maintenance. To address the "Live by a dump" yes, there is trash site near us, but there are also $300,000 homes and they are not complaining about any smell, as a matter of fact there are more people building near here every year. I can remember smelling a sulfer smell maybe 3 times since I have lived here and it is not as repulsive as the bad reviewers have stated. The rent is incredibly reasonable for all the amenities that are offerred, great school district, and safe neighborhood inside and around the complex. Try finding a 3 bedroom apartment with everything that is offerred in the whole city that compares to Summermill and you will waste weeks searching for anything better.
