The grounds are very nice. I enjoyed living at summer mill apartments, but the management staff I just will not deal with!!! Let me say the property manager as not too bad but the assistant manager is not a truthful person, her attitude sucks, They are flat out crazy, mean, obnoxious, and just flat out rude as can be!! As a good paying tenant I should not deserve the the attitude or grief that i get about things. I am so glad that my lease is almost up!!! I would not consider moving back in those apartment as long as that management staff is still around. I think that the office could stand for a customer service class and how to commiuncate with people. So management is the very reason that i am leaving!!

In the 7 months that I've lived in Summermill, I've interacted with all of management many times and their attitudes have never been rude or obnoxious. You should give a recent example because I find this hard to believe. Also if they're not trying to fine you for something you didn't do or whatever, then I see leaving because of management, even though you enjoyed staying at the complex, a stupid reason personally...

I agree with djohns505 - I have lived in this complex for over 3 years and have had no problems with the management. If anything, they have been overly accomodating when I needed assistance, and the maintenance staff has been very responsive when I've needed even the simplest thing fixed. I also would love to hear a specific example. It sounds to me like someone has blown a situation completely out of proportion. You have to remember, that when you live in an apartment, there are rules you agree to abide by when you sign that lease....
