We moved in and the management was great, we got air filters changed monthly, they had a newsletter, maintenance came immediately. Then ownership changed. They stopped changing air filters & doing the newsletter. Maintenance would never show & when you would call back they'd say they didn't have a request. The new staff was nice when I was dropping off my rent check but other than that they acted like you were bothering them. One of the office staff told us they were replacing the carpet so we didnt' have to get it cleaned. Then we get a bill for cleaning it. They argued with us that they would have never said that. They also didn't honor the contract I had signed with the other management. So we didn't get our pet deposit back. It was nice enough there. They knew it because they just kept raising the rent by like $50 a year. I would never move there again. They didn't have too many bugs but when I did see a couple roaches the staff said to me, "what do you want us to do about it."

You left your apartment damaged and now you are blaming management? I don't understand that . . . Maybe they charged you for extra damages? I have lived here for over 5 years, I have never had the office staff treat me badly. I think you are probably angry because when the property got sold to a new management team, they moved some people out that were less than desirable. Beleive me, this new management has really taken care of the complex.
