This place is amazing. I just moved out, but only because I was moving into a four bedroom townhouse with some friends.

The apartments are very nice and spacious. The grounds are kept clean, and the staff are great. They knew me by name and even what apartment I was in. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly.

It's right on the edge of the Falls River neighborhood, which is very nice. Lots of walking trails, parks, pools and all that. It is also right by the landfill, but that's been closed for almost a year. You may smell it for half a second every other month, but it's not as bad as people on here would have you believe.

I would highly recommend these apartments.
