	The management (Tarheel Company) is self serving, only maintaining their own units and increasing HOA dues at will. Upkeep is abismal at best, as in garbage, unruly children, cats, ect. Drugs and other illegal activites are rampant. Turnover of lawful ... more

	The management is awful!! They do nothing and their are many drug dealers who have come and gone. Also, I believe (or in my opinion) they must screen for spousal abusers, because their is plenty of that as well.
