Between loud and shady neighbors,the place is infested with roaches and mold and crime. They are "supposedly" trying to give it a face lift, but don't be fooled by the new windows, free wifi and "new" laundry facility, the place is bad. Although its affordable, I promise you'll want to pay a bit more somewhere else to save you a bad migraine. Management is disorganized, unprofessional,and rude without any knowledge of customer service. Maintenance tries, but you would be luck if you get a hold of them, if only those people at the office knew what they were doing maybe!!
Avoid SYLVAN PARK at all costs,not even as your last resort, you'll regret it!!!
