Their apartments are horrible. Sylvan park apartments are the worst apartments that I have ever lived at my entire life. No kidding!
First: The staff and management are very nude and unprofessional.
Second: My apartment was in a very horrible condition and infested with roaches and other bugs that I have never seen in my life. Later on I found other that they have BED BUGS TOO! I moved out but I heard that I am supposed to get ride of my couches and mattress because bed bugs are hard to get rid off! My future is all new and not fully paid for.
Third: I talked to at least 6 different neighbours who had bad experience with Sylvan Park and had roaches problems as well
Forth: I had many maintenance problems some of them are major and yet did not get fixed. You have to put a work order so many times until you get the work done.
My tub was in a horrible condition and I had to call the office and ask them to repair it at least 25 times! So 3 months later they got it repaired.
Fifth: and way much more

Recommendation: don t considering living there and don t even visit a friend or anybody who lives there.
