Sylvan Park has changed in the past few months. The management company has made a lot of improvements on the inside and outside of the apartments. Also, there is a new manager, I can't remember her name, but she seems to be really on top of things. They also have a few other new people in the office, they are much nicer than the ones that were there before, my lease will expire in August and I will renew it because it is quiet and very close to campus....I like it here.

You can SO tell this is not a real review. NO WAY it can be! Everything about the management is HORRIBLE and NO good changes have been made. They tell you all sorts of things just to get you to shut up. And, all of the apartments have major bug problems and are not well taken care of. I am pretty positive this positng was made by Jennifer in the main office.
