nice apartments but poor management

I lived at Stonehenge for 2 years. I always paid my rent on time and was always a nice neighbor. My AC was out for 2 weeks last summer. I finally moved to another apt within stonehenge. Of course my rent went up. My electric was over $200.00 in a one Bedroom due to the AC but Stonehenge refused to help cover the cost.
