It has enough space, nice closets, and some flexibility (some places restrict the decorating you can do, but this place doesn't). The bad thing is that as much as I put into rent, I really don't like having to deal with the gigantic roaches. My place -- even though I'm very clean -- has to be fumigated at least 3 times a year. And forget about enjoying the deck at night in the summer unless you enjoy keeping crawly company.
