Maintenance doesn't know what they are doing

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
If you have a problem, don't call maintenance! They do not know what they are doing. It takes weeks to get something fixed. When they do come to fix something, it's not done right. If good maintenance is something that is important to you, don't live here.
