I have lived here for 2 years and I am in the process of looking for another apartment. The area is heavily wooded and they spray for bugs at the most once a month. If they can get away it then they will not even spray. I have only seen them visit apartments if the resident is home. If you are lucky enough for them to spray. They usually only spray in the kitchen and bathrooms. You would not believe the size of the bugs that come out of the grounds. They probably could carry off your small pets. Another thing, is that is very noisy. Most of the occupants are pretty young and tend to play their music very high. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing from vacuuming to watching tv. And maintenance is a real issue. If you have a problem and call for assistance, you probably won't see the handymen for 2-3 days. And when they do they do a poor job of fixing things. It is usually takes 2-3 visits to get something fixed properly.
