moved in about 2 years ago. Great location. 20min to RTP. Mainance is great. pools are maintained well. grounds are kept up. apartments are big and very very quiet. I don't hear my neighbors ever. We had a roach problem in the beginning but they sent an exterminator over whenever we needed it and they were gone in about 2 months. the last people must have been slobs. the rent is a little high but you get what you pay for.
