My wife and I enjoy this apartment community. Staff is friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues have been corrected in a timely manner. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. It is also close to I-540. Pools tend to be used by anyone - not just people that live here. They should probably issue pool passes and check occasionally. This is a good area of Raleigh to live. I have enjoyed to (small but adequate) fitness room and racquetball courts.
