My husband & I found this property after looking at many others in the area. When we walked into the apartment, we immediately knew this was the one for us. It was our intent to live here permanently, but decided after several trips to the Tampa area this year, we wanted to retire there. So it is with very mixed feelings we leave Stonehenge. We have lots of good memories here. Our apartment has a private entrance on the 2nd level and a balcony out back, with a wooded area, and lots of privacy. It is a place to enjoy the birds & nature without a lot of street noise. Not many can say this about where they live. The staff has always been very professional and they really care about their tenants...seem to know everyone by name. They are always happy to see you, when you stop by the office. Any time we had a maintenance problem, it was taken care of that day or at least within 24 hours. We had no major bug problems, a silver fish once in a while. We requested new carpet before we moved in, which they did, & it was freshly painted & very clean. It is a very spacious apartment, 1501 sq ft. We could not have had a better experience or a nicer place to live. Utilities are reasonable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Prime shopping area to your shopping needs. This area seems to have a low crime rate, as well. We will miss living here very much. Thank you to the staff & maintenance crew who made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Our rating on this apartment would be a 10, if it went that high.
