The Falls at Duraleigh is a great place to live. It is very convenient to all the shopping malls, grocery stores and very accessible to interstates and major highways.
I am a grad student at State and moved here from Florida. I found this to be the perfect place to live because I was just starting out and had very little furniture to bring with me. I found that their one bedroom apartment was just the right size for what I needed. There are no washer-dryer hookups, but I found it convenient because there are laundry rooms in every building that you can use. I have lived in a place that only has one laundry room at the clubhouse, and that wasn't always good for me.
The service here from both the maitenence and the office staff is great. They are all friendly, helpful, and concerned about my satsifaction living here. If I have ANY problems, I know that all I have to do is call and that things will be taken care of.
And eventhough there has been a change in some of the office staff, I find everyone there, both new and old, to be helpful and extremely nice.
I'll admit that at first I was skeptical about the fact that there were no security gates or courtesy officers, but as a single female I find myself feeling safe here. It's a well populated area and my neighbors and I all look out for one another.
Another great thing about the Falls at Duraleigh is that they are not outrageously priced, which is huge for me being I am still in school and have to settle for a not-so-full time job for most of the time.
