Worth what you pay for....

I have been living here for about a year now. I like it here, it's close to a lot of things, my neighbors are pretty friendly, and the staff here does a good job with what they have to work with.
The community is older, and there are no washer and dryer connections, but recently there has been a lot of changes here in what seems to be an effort to improve the community.
When I first moved in, I did have older applicances (of which some of my neighbors still do--but they work), but when time ran out for the ones in my apartment, the maintenace staff was helpful in getting them replaced.
The biggest perk for me is the price. I work two jobs that are pretty low income (can't seem to get into that right place in the job market yet), and I have car payments on top of rent, utilities, groceries, etc..., but the rate being lower than many other places is very helpful to me.
It's not a bad place to live, despite what others may have said. I feel safe here, it's home.
