I dont think the FOD are all that bad. They are for sure nothing special inside or out, but heres what Ive found:
They accept almost any pets, I have a big dog and they dont have a problem with that.
There seems to be a bug problem, I thought maybe it was just my building, but somebody else mentioned it too.
Most of my neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves so the only real noise I hear is people revving their engines at 11pm which could happen anywhere.
As for safety, it could be better, there are car break ins but its not so bad that I wont leave the house at night.
The Office and Maint. staff seem to be on the ball though. very helpful.
