I just moved in about six months ago.I haven't had too many problems so far.They had to do some repairs to some things once I moved in, but it was done quick.Could do without my loud neighbors, but what can anyone do about that other than to continue to complain-maybe they'll get tired of hearing about it and move.Rent is cheap.Electric bill isn't bad because apartment is small-works for me.Just wish they had washer and dryer connections,get tired of people taking my clothes out of the dryer when they are still wet and sitting them on top of the dirty washer lids.
