I wrote the 'That is Correct' Review on 10/28/2003 and this is my Re-Review.

Ok, what do I have to say now that I'm living back at the Falls....well I'm happy.

Positives:
I don't live near the pool now, so I don't have any complaints about noise.

I haven't heard of any complaints or notice of vehicle break in.

I still like the Management and have never had a complaint with them.

They now have Finger Print Identification on all Residents.

It is used to gain access to the Gym and Laundry Card machine.
I can't figure out if this is just real backend security for identification purposes or if they actually ever had a problem with people stealing a treadmill. (`:'

Negatives:
I do still see jinormic 'water bugs' that look a whole heck of a lot like those other creepy crawlies I'll be nice and not mention.
But these are never in my appartment. Although if they were I wouldn't be supprised if I got charged a $250 Pet deposit considering the size of these buggers.

Debatable:
Laundry is $1.25 per load.

Like I said at the beginning, I'm satisfied here but then again I'm single now so I'm not sure how a family guy would feel here.

And once again for a single person, this is the lowest rent you can find without a roommate and without being in an unsitely area of the greater metro.
