When I moved in I was concerned about my safety, but I live close to the office, so it seemed a little safer there. When the new owners came, so did new management- which is horrible!!! They made many promises about how things were going to get better and NOTHING has! The so called 'service' is horrible. The people in the office are rude, no matter how nice you are-they don't care. They are like that Capital One commericial, no no no. e i e i no. we don't care if bugs and rodents are taking over your apartment, we will do nothing until a wk. from now, uless someone happens to be on vacation. We don't care if your air condioner isn't working and it's 100 degrees out, maybe we'll get to it next week. The air conditioner in the tiny crapy weight room is never working, and the code bar to get in is NEVER working. They lie and say 'this is the first they've heard of it' when others in the apartment complex say they've continually made them aware. My previously "halfway safe" building now is filled w/ people I wouldn't want to walk by during the day, much less at night. There are 'gangs' of druggies walking around constantly. Vehicles w/ windshields blown out, people who don't care if they run over you, flip you off and stalk you. If I could afford to break my lease I would be gone in a second. I am tough, and if I don't feel safe, I would NOT reccomend this complex to anyone unless you really don't care about your safety. (and the parking has much to be desired- hardle any lighting- and many bush's-not safe. and my windows have been crap since day one, it sounds like they are open, but they're not.-very noisey and car alarms going off all night every night)the previous owners would come and fix things emmediately and replace anything w/ problems, the new people do not care if your fridge isn't working, they just keep telling you it does. they are HORRIBLE.

You know what? This person is so Stupid it just makes me so upset that you could even get online and say things like this when if you thought something was wrong with the place you shouldnt have leased there. You know what you are probably the type of person who has such a complex about what you do and if something isnt done how you want it,then you make everyones day suck, when the management says no to somthing its probably because by law or company standards they have to follow them, you need a reality check quick. Realize that the new company is trying to do everything that they can as much as they can and you have to wait. you need to rethink what you say online cause if people knew who you were they'd prolly slap you cause you just dont know what the heck your talking about JERK. Get a grip and grow up.

in response to this persons's review and the response to it- i agree that the office people are very rude. calling that person a jerk and being rude is very mature of you. this is a reveiw section to put what u think, so you-4530Tourney need a reality check. Calling someone a Jerk because they are telling the truth of their experience is very hateful-it's VERY obvious that you work in the office and have nothing better to do then REACT because you aren't doing your job. Maybe you should LEARN to RE-DIRECT your anger to something WORTH being angry about----You're rudeness and the TOTAL DOWNGRADE of this apartment complex in a whole is the reason that no one should rent from you. Have a splendid day!

This is the manager and I was very upset to think that someone thought that we would call someone a jerk. I can assure you that it was not me or my staff. Even though I appreciate positive feedback, I do not agree with rude responses. I have learned that this website is an opinion based website only. I read each comment and take each with a grain of salt. Some comments that are posted are accurate and deserve to be listened to, however some are just down right rude and mean. I agree that the buildings do need to be painted, the landscaping needs to be improved and from what I hear we should focus more on customer service. I just started on September 1st and I do want to make improvements, some can be quick fixes, others take a little more time. Just know that I am only a phone call away if you have an issue or would just like to vent I would be happy to talk with you.

that's funny how you just happenned to stumble upon the review where your office staff is accused of calling someone a jerk but yet it wasn't anyone from your office. Puzzling isn't it.
