I first will say that the new management team is great, although having changes is never really fun but always good. Beyond fitness passes for all residents is what i was told, out of all the complex's ive visited in the past that were either doing construction or little touch ups they never once mentioned that they were going to be giving other means of accomadating all there residents. Maintnance is alittle slow but always friendly but i do realize that they have alot to do and when i call its always for something minor nothing major. My building is wonderful its quiet and all my neighbors are pleasant and always respectful when i pass by. The lighting around the parking lots could probably be replaced with all the new construction going on and the paint on buildings is alittle grose looking as well.
Overall the falls at duraleigh apartments is a great place to live and i would say that once my lease comes up in a couple of months i will too re-sign my contract.
