IMO you should always check online, for any apartment, to see if there are any known sex offenders living in the complex or vicinity.
Aside from that, most of the reviews of this complex are accurate. Fitness facilities' There are none 10 months after they began renovation. Apartments' Noisy, paper thin walls, nasty carpet and cabinets, etc. People are loud, few speak english in the complex.
