I have lived at the Falls at Duraleigh for 6 months. The place looks nice on the outside. I did not expect these apartments to be so crappy inside. The management is awful. The maintaince does not respond quickly unless one threatens the complex. I have plumbing problems and the complex have turned off the water for two days due to plumbing issues. I had dishwasher break down on me on several occassions. The list just gets bigger. I am not renewing my lease. I got fingerprinted to use the gym and clubhouse. How about this in 2007 you have to get re-fingerprinted' Otherwise, you cannot access the gym. I would not reccommended these apartments to my worst enemies. The parking lot usually has -------- hanging out as well as other stray cats and dogs lingering. The washer are constantly breaking down and taking peoples money.
