I have lived here for almost 5 months now. I used to love it, not anymore! My upstairs neighbor chooses to lock their puppy out on the balcony instead of walking him in the designated pet place. For the past month and a half, I have complained to the front office that the dog cries for 20 minutes at a time and has urinated all over my belongings that I keep outside. NOTHING has been done. It is very unsanitary.
