1. maintenance live onsite....but it still takes days to get things fixed. I called about getting my pantry door fixed in sept....its still hanging on one hinge.

2. If you live on the first floor you share your space with roaches and the other bugs. I had huge waterbugs coming out of my vents.Called office several times...they sent bug man to come out...he did nothing.

3. the appliances are from 1976.

4. This is suppose to North Raleigh....pull in this complex ur not anymore.

5.I had to call maintenance on the first day......oven didnt work....fridge didnt work.

As you can see not everyone is satisfied with this community. However, in response to this unhappy resident I can answer a few of their concerns. 1. Maintenance does not have to live onsite in order to provide quality service. Over the years we have had technicians live on and off site. Service requests are normally completed with 24-48 hours unless a part is on order. 2. First floor apartments obviously are more prone to have bugs than say 2nd and 3rd floors. We work closely with our pest control team to ensure that our apartments are being carefully maintaned. 3. The property was built in 1987 so there are absolutely no appliances from 1976. In fact most appliances have been changed out within the last 5 years. 4. This is an excellent area, convenient to shopping, restaurants, RDU and Rex. 5. It is unfortunate that this resident had to call maintenace on the first day. However, I am positive that there was a quick response and that the issues were resolved. I can assure you that we will do our very best to make sure that you are responded to in a timely manner and given the best customer service. The Falls at Duraleigh
