I Lived at the Falls for almost two years and had to break my lease just to get the hell out of that hell hole! I moved in at night and as I carried my things up the stairs was Frightened by Huge Roaches, so I thought until I found out they were waterbugs(same thing to me,I don't like either). I was ready to stop moving in that night and get my deposit back but it was my first place, So I went to the rental office the next morning and was told that someone sprays every two weeks. They must have been spraying water because the stairs would be covered with them and I had to kill about 23 in my home. I was embarassed to have people over,as they would be like what the hell are all these big bugs doing around your apartment! Also, My upstairs neighbor was a drug dealer and so there were all kinds of strange looking people going back and forth to their apartment and hanging around on the stairs. Parking was so TERRIBLE, as I had to walk up the street to my apartment every night when I got off work and there aren't any bright street lights,so by me being a single woman I would have to literally Run to my apartment. There weren't even parking spaces in the daytime as It seemed Nobody worked! The night I moved out there were people hanging around everywhere. I was so HAPPY to leave and to find a better apartment on such short notice(I won't stay in projects), as I felt like because I didn't have any credit this was the best I could do. I have a really nice place now and thankful!
Yes the rent was cheap but the reasons above show why! I WOULDN'T MOVE BACK THERE IF THEY PAYED ME!

Hi, I hope I've saved u the headache! If you have a little more money to spend for a wonderful neighborhood with none of these problems try Perry Point! I live here and love it! They cost more but very nice.

We are so sorry that you had a negative experience here at The Falls at Duraleigh. We actually have pest control come weekly and spray apartments that are having pest control problems. I only hope that in the future if a resident is having an issue to this extreme that they will bring it to our attention so that we may address it and they can enjoy their home. That is nice someone responded from the office, but let me tell ya, Water Bugs are TOUGH! You can't get rid of them by spraying even weekly! I experienced it at my other aptmt, I sprayed, the staff sprayed, I would bomb my aptmt when I went to work. NOTHING worked. They are just tough!
