i live here now and all i can say is that theirs loud Hispanic music all the time... NO PARKING AT ALL PAST 7pm... and the apartments aren't well maintained...
the electrical outlet in the front room of my apartment has sparked when you use it since i moved in... Ive been here a month and they still have yet to fix it... a stove that doesn't work... walls cracked at the sheet rock seams... sink moves around on bathroom counter... windows are so dirty you cant see out of them... blinds are yellow and disgusting... fridge leans like is has no legs on one side... and cant have satellite TV if you're on the 3rd floor... i mean what kind of place is this'
is the Raleigh housing that ----ed up that they cant even pursue the rule of making sure properties are up to code'


DON'T MOVE HERE.......... DON'T RENEW LEASE UNLESS YOU WANT THIS ----!

Everything said above, it absolutely Correct...this is a Slum hole that has been reported to immigration, state of NC, BBB, and will be condemned for inhabitation shortly.

As the manager, I can assure you that everyone that is a resident here has met our qualification standards. If there is someone that is living here that is unqualified then it needs to be brought to our attention so that we can take the appropriate measures for removing that person from the property. If issues are not brought to our attention then we have no way of correcting them.
