I lived at this apt complex and the negitive things that were said about this place are VERY correct. What I'm reading now is either the apartment managers making these comments to get people to rent there. Or PAYING residents $$ or taking some off their rent to get them to make a positive comment.
Trust me people this is NOT NOT NOT a place to live. Read all the negitive comments ...they are REAL....NOT false....what they are saying is very very true!!!
They took me to court over rent when they already had my rent. The court had copies of my emails that the apt manager admited that she had my rent...but was still going to take me to court to get me to pay court cost. SHE ADMITED TO HAVING MY RENT!!!
Major reason why I am not living there any more.
Trust me people...this is NOT a place to live. You have any what so ever...do not give it to these people!!!!!
I've seen alot...and the thing about those BIG bugs....they are sooo there...they get into your apt....they are soo dang gross!!!!
Go rent some where else!!!!!!! Please save yourself and your children!!!!!!

btw, I left when my lease ended..they DID NOT kick me out!! Just needed to throw that in there. If you have money to pay rent...dont live here and pay them. When I lived there I worked 40 a week some times more. I had no idea that they were renting to people that live off the government. This place has gone to HELL!!!!

This is the manager. No we are not writing positive responses and we are not paying residents to say nice things. We have made an effort to respond to negative comments such as yours and to also ask our residents that are satisfied and happy to go come on here and let people know. Now, I am not dismissing your negative experience here, however there are several residents that unlike you are extremely happy with their apartment and the overall community including the office staff. While you have every right to comment on "your" issues, it is not fair for you to make accusations against us and accuse us of such things as keeping your money. I am not positive what exactly happened to you, but I know for a fact that we go by the book when it comes to rent collections and policy and procedures. Also, for the record this is not goverment housing, however I too have worked on properties that are and can tell you that everyone deserves a nice place to live and that unfortunately in this economy there are people that are struggling and if there are programs out there to help people then that is wonderful!
