I've been here for 2 years now and thinking of signing a new lease when this one is up. I haven't had any real issues and the office staff has always been nice to me. I wish there was washer and drying connection ( my only problem). Parking wasn't great but it wasn't a big deal, walking helped me lose about 5 pounds plus the steps :). when I upgraded apartments parking is now a breeze, however I have gained 5 pounds :( lol. This place in not bad like everyone makes it seem, you aren't going to have peaches and roses everywhere that you live and believe me if you think this place it bad then take a trip to roxboro road in Durham and when you come back you will think differently. Bugs are not an issue, I have seen one or two water bugs, but please go to an apartment complex and tell me that theres not any there. I love this place and the staff has been wonderful and I have never had an issue and its so close to everything, I mean you can walk to pizza hut! doesn't get any better than that.

That would be awesome if you didn't have to come home at night, as I am sure you are aware, the past 6 months the falls has encountered 2 muggings, 2 women held gun point at night and 14 robberies, this, of course, can be verified with the Raleigh police.
I am glad you have been safe, you were lucky !!!!!

wow honestly i didnt know that. guess because i stay to myself and work alot but thanks for informing me. ill check with raleigh police my uncle is a police officer in raleigh but thanks again for the info its nice to be informed!

i moved from the falls at duraleigh and i totally disagree with you on the water bug issue...i have yet to see one where i stay and one or two?? lucky you dear.
