If you want a decent confortable safe place to stay, dont live here. If you dont believe the negative reviews, just ride through the complex. Notice the cars that will tell it all. Notice how people work on their cars as if this was a garage, look at the windows. Some people have blinds tore up, different color curtains. ROACHES yes roaches, water bugs, and spiders. Just ask if their is a bug problem. People do not stay here long. Cars driving through entertaining everyone with their LOUD spanish music. Some of the residents dont even speak english.

I work for this community, and I would like to take the opportunity to address your comment. We specify in the lease that residents are not allowed to work on vehicles on the property, and when we see them, we remind them of the policy and ask them to abide by the rules. We also have in our community policies that our standard blinds must be left as window coverings. We do provide free extermination treatment to any resident that requests it four times each and every month. "Some of the residents don't even speak English" Oh my GOODNESS! God forbid any non-English speaking people live in the same apartment community as me! Who do they think I am - Martin Luther King, Jr.?
