Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
They paint everything to look nice on the outside, but the inside of the units are showing the wear of over 20 years. There are patches on the walls and cracks in the ceilings,dirty hallways,dried out caulking,and old stoves and dishwashers. The rent should be 100.00 less than they are asking.
Outside sidewalks need repair,awnings are moldy...and repairs are minimal.
