I am not sure what this person is talking about!! The Lakes Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The staff is very nice and professional and they always go above and beyond to get my packages and accept my rent. My service request have always been doing in a friendly manner. I really enjoy living here it is quite and great place to call home. I am a clean person and have NOT experienced any issues with bugs of any kind let alone roaches
