I moved into The landings in October. I LOVE my loft apartment. I see many reviews here stating many problems from the past regarding bugs and maintenence issues. I have to say I have not seen a single roach since I've been here. The staff have been helpful (although they seemed understaffed) and friendly. My neighbors are fantastic...even helped us move some heavy furniture to our second floor the day we moved in. I have a washer and dryer in my apartment so I can't comment on the laundry rooms but the parking is fine and the noise level is very low except for the occasional loud car system...but that is not the apartment managers fault. I haven't seen trash laying around and have really enjoyed taking my dogs out to the pond to play and run around.
Maybe in the past this complex has had some problems but those problems seem to be taken care of...and I'm completely satisfied and happy I moved here!
